I hate to be the newbie that beats a dead horse, but I have not found any posts that include some of the more specific details that I am attempting to trouble shoot.
1. CEL p0410, obviously air pump issue
2. Air pump works just fine on cold starts
3. Relay tested, and is good
4. Air pump fuse keeps blowing
5. After a 2 hour drive last week, car began to top out at 4500 RPM, which concerned me

My 8 is a 6-speed man, and I don't know when the last tune up was done. I did an oil change on it as soon as I got it home, and plan on changing the spark plugs and wires as soon as I swap out the radiator.

Could this be a short somewhere in between the relay and the pump since it keeps popping fuses? And if so, wouldn't it cause the pump not to work at all?

If there is already a forum that answers these questions, I apologize but I have been looking for an answer for days now and am coming up short.
