batery is new but as sat for about six months... i have had it on charger ever since i have been trying to turn this thign over.

there is no check valve or anything on that line. ony thign on it is a hose clamp that ws not moved up in the right position and tightened at the moment of the picture.

another thing i found was a vaccum port that seemed to be uncapped. you can see it in this pic under my BOV connection. it has the blue cap on it. what is that port for and should it be uncapped?

I was refereeing to the the line next to the turbo and the one running by the maf they looked like check valves but could be adapters I wasn't sure.

the one running by the MAF directly under the other line that taps out right there is a cehck valve, that lines runs up to where the oil fill cap is.

the blue capped vac port in yoru pic is not a vac port... ther is no hold drippled in it. i just checked mine. its a solit piece that sticks up.

quick question... the ground that is on the bottom of the motor by the starter... where is it supposed to be hooked to. i have it hooked up, jsut curious if its in the right spot

hooked to the metal bracket is bolted on next to the coolant drain... then the ground bolted to the bracket?

it should be a big *** metal plate that bolts next to the coolant drain. unless your talking about the +/- line that runs to the starter.

all omp vacume lines are good and attached to the nozzles. if i pull the injectors, is there any way to clean them without sending them off?

Kind of but even if they are failed it wont prevent the engine from starting.

I would clean and dielectric grease your engine grounds while everything is apart as well.

If your engine grounds are looking like that all over that could be causing your problem.

you also have some massive buildup of something in that L1 spark hole.
