Fudge!!!!!!
I'm free at 7 can you stop by then?
you can get a used same model ECU from somewhere and program it if you have the right equipment.
most us don't have it.
so what u need is As-Built data, PATS info, (you can get both of them fairly cheap from Mazda's site)
and pay a small fee to have Mazda dealer to write it for you. it should come out to less than 500 bux.
But the problem is that -------------------- you are not sure which component works which one does not. u should test it a bit urself first and yeah if u are free today I can bring my multi meter over.

That main fuse is blown. Just change it first and stop stressing out until you know for sure!
You can ghetto rig that main fuse. Pry off the little plastic cover, bend back the tangs so they are touching again. Make sure the battery is disconnected before doing all that. Then reconnect the battery, see if car starts.
If it does replace the fuse ASAP and don't jump the battery backwards again.

Funny... because I actually see it in one of your pics:
Attachment 172913
And it may just be the lighting... but that fuse does look blown.
The fuse panel is held down by a few tabs around the outside.
Once you pull back on the tabs. you can lift the fuse panel out some.

Totally agree....................we can all see that the fuse is clearly blown. That's why it's there............for protection against this sort of thing.
You ain't the first or last to do this, so as stated.............quite f'ing around and stressing out.
That's a $5.00 fuse at the dealer, go get it and put it in and DON'T do it no mo!
There is another way you could do this without the fuse, but it's risky and I can tell I don't want you trying it. I'm certainly not going to tell you can tell you how...........and nobody else should either!!!! Please!!!
