Ignition coil resistance test?

Simple question, hope for a simple answer, I've done multiple searches on the forum, wont even bring up search results for a simple "coil" or "ignition". I'm searching for information on testing the coils resistance, I don't have an inductive timing light as other threads have suggested. I have a simple multimeter. any help on diagnosing which coil is bad?

go buy a $10 coil tester...looks like a weird spark plug with a clip on the side. You might get lucky and find one coil is completely dead and will show altered resistance values but not usually

right on, was trying to avoid a run into town, i have a multimeter and they can be used for virtually everything lol. my car started with a p0302 code, after testing everything I started it back up, let it idle while checking some other things and it threw 2 more codes, a p0300 and a p0506. I'm also trying to avoid the crooks at the dealership.
