Help having electrical problems

So its been raining here in NJ for the past couple of days and i let my car sit out for 3 days. When i went to turn it on for a drive i got a few pop ups on my dash. first off, my power steering was locked up, the abs and traction control light was on and then after a few mins (it was warming up) the radio went out. I first thought it was mold somewhere by the battery due to the humidity and moisture. I searched the forums and found a thread that was having the same issues. It told me to check and clean my grounds and my battery. So i did, nothing changed. I took my battery to get tested and it was perfectly fine and i bought new positive and negative connectors since mine were looking very blah. Again nothing changed. I took a look at my fuses and they all seemed fined except for one which had a small crack on top of it. Possibly the problem. I snapped a few pics to show.

This one is when i have my lights on, the high beam light comes on but they high beams are not on.

Reg view of my dash

Here are the fuses and relays and ****. you can see the one with the crack

Here is the fully charged battery with new positive and negative

please help me out before i have to resort going to the stealership :/ i miss driving here. thanks for reading all of this

Sounds like a grounding problem. Since you got the two main culprits with the new battery terminals, it's time to start checking the rest of the grounds.

Yes, all of this is pointing to a grounding problem. Weird electrical issues are grounding problems 99.999% of the time, and something like flood damaged the remainder.

Unfortunately, it could be just about any ground, though the good news is that it should be a ground that has all of these systems in common. However, the only common ground between the 3rd brake light and the high beams is the negative battery cable. You solidified the battery side. Check it again, with a multi-meter if you have one, and then start following each of the negative lines to where they meet up with the rest.

Every system is gounded directly to the battery or to the chassis, which then is grounded to the battery.

so i went to clean the grounds, two on the wall by the passenger side and one between the windshield fluid and that random hump, next was the battery terminals and clamps again and the one ground between the battery and intake, finally i moved on the the one on the driver side and clean them all. while my battery was disconnected i did the brake pump method and after i put the battery back in i did the clock wise and counter clock wise trick. i started up the car and none of the lights came one, i got super excited so i switched on the lights and bam! tc, abs, battery and high beam light were still there. i cant do any more work right now cause im heading to work, but once i get back im use the multi-meter. ill upload some pics of the grounds on the photobucket account, they arent the best cause of the sun
