I have been repairing my rx8 and the last two items on my list are the drivers side high beam and the abs/traffic control reset


I was told the bulb is burnt out, fair enough I purchased one and replaced it. to my dismay the light would not come on. I checked for a fuse but could only find one for low beams. the passenger side lights work fine, all signal lights work, as well as the tail lights and low beams on both sides

I have never changed a headlight until now, does anyone have advice on how to track down the problem? There are no engine lights on, minus the traction control and abs light

i really hope i dont need a new ballast

Yep....likely the DRL module.....you can replace the relays in the module if you are good with a soldering iron
