Flooded

Hey guys. I have a 05 mt GT with 113k on the dash (I believe it's a rebuild, not too sure.)
Before you tell me to search, believe me I did. I've done the deflooding procedures atleast 5 times now and nothing is changing. It may not even be flooded. I don't know. That's why I'm here.
I changed the fuel pump 3 days ago. When i changed it it started right up. Then it died out again 10 seconds later. It sounded like it was fuel deprived AGAIN. So I left it alone. It didn't warm up, it just died out. So I figured maybe it was flooded. Did the procedure 3? Times. Nothing new.
I just changed the spark plugs, the old ones had gas on them. With the air pump disconnected I tried to start it. It didn't even sound like it was trying to start.
What else could I do? Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Started to get pretty frustrated.

Pull start it and see if it starts...if it doesn't check your fuel pump install.

Tried to clutch start and it didn't work. I'm doubting it could be the fuel pump cause the car is sneezing like solid fuel (and none is leaking into the backseat) though I will pull it out and check.

Check that you have power to the pump and that the pump runs. Jump the fuel pump check plug in the fuse box and you should hear it running
