I think it will come out OK, it's just the ***** that I don't have it done in time for Seven Stock. (I hope it's done by October 9th - my family reunion is that weekend).
Phil handed me a pretty decent grip of cash so we may also add a few things to the list. He is already getting a new CAI, Sohn Adapter, BHR TB Spacer for alky use, and maybe even a little love given to the exhaust side of things. I am also swapping all of his fluids for Eneos fluids (AT fluid and gear oil) and whatever else I can hook him up with while I have his car.

sweet spacer Ray but he will also need a second nozzle after the water cooler to get a good affect. Snow has a prepackage dual nozzle set up now.
we are running the 60 and the 100 sizes.

Do I really own an RX8 with a Pettit supercharger? I'm not sure anymore - I haven't seen it in so long the I forgot if I really own it or it's only a dream. The last message I got was that all the parts were not in yet and should be shortly (I think). I know that a second engine is a must now. I got the impression that it would not see the light of day until near the end of the month.

Well I understand that the parts are slowly coming in and should be in Phoenix by the end of the week. If all goes well I should see my car by the 24th.

Yeah, I had almost forgot that I did own one until I went in the garage and saw all the spare parts and empty floor space

UPDATE:
I have made arrangements to have Phil's engine pulled and in my hands next Friday (10/17) and I have ordered all his parts. They should all be delivered over the next 5 biz days or so. I will rebuild his engine next weekend and have it re-installed on Monday (10/20). Then, I have some detail-work to do on his car at my house. Once his car is all done I will deliver it to Las Vegas.

It's Friday the 17th
For those who wonder; Phil's engine will be in my hands on Friday and will be rebuilt this coming weekend. Then, on Monday/Tuesday of next week the engine will go back in the car. After that, I get the car back in my hands to finish the details and deliver it back to Phil in Las Vegas. I reserve the right to change the timeline of expectations because dealing with **** beyond my control and unforseen circumstances is how I spend 90% of my time for BHR these days.
Low blow
But deserved if trueBTW, I don't wish to make this thread about anything other than the things involved in Phil's rebuild and there will be plenty of drama for me to discuss when the time is right. Suffice it to say that the delay in his rebuild involves a LOT of poor timing and management on my part and I shall confess all my sins, like I always do, when the time is right for it. I just hope Phil can report that the wait was worth it when he drives his 8 again.
Ray, I would hope that you post a little of what is going on so that the forum and I will be informed of the progress. Get Erick to take some pics for posterity and my garage wall NOW GET STARTED
