Spray some WD40 on each belt (with the engine idling); if the squeak goes away, you found the culprit! It may only need to be adjusted.

Does the squeaking noise disappear when if you engage the clutch?

Spray the belts while it's running.

the water pump is bad for making noise like that right before it starts to leak.take off the belt and start the car and see if the noise goes away.if it does the take off the pully and look for crusties at the vent hole under the neck.if there's crusties change the pump.its really easy.
