Recently I was messing around with my sun visor and it cause my radio, dome lights, door lights not to function. the check engine light is on.the key fob to lock/unlock car doesn't work. The AC/heat does funcatio correctly. the rpm and other driving gauges work correctly


i replaced the sun visor because one of the wires was loose

Any suggestions so I might be able to fix this and not bring to expensive mazda?

 

Not a problem, all those items are powered by the 'room' fuse.

Then again, if you knew something blew, and didn't check the fuses, maybe the dealer is your safer option.....

 

where is room fuse located? onlhave owned rx8 for about a year
