Capping the VFAD valve

Hey guys, got a little issue. I bought the Racing Beat Duct and currently installing it. I got to the step where you have to cap the VFAD valve. It is supposed to be located behind and below the TB right?

I looked through all VFAD threads and saw pictures but my manifold does not have valve where the pictures show where it should be. Matter in fact, i can't even find the VFAD hose. Is it possible that it never got installed?

that only comes off when you install the intake. the vfad valve cuts off on the intake tray, you need to get under the airbox and on the tray is where the hose is it. when you intstall the duct you get rid of the vfad completely.
