Ist one is a coolant line that goes to the small hose on the front of the engine under the thermostat area ( actually I think this is the one that goes to the throttle body and then from the throttle body to the area described above
)
2nd one looks like the VDI VAc line...goes to one of the solenoids on the back of the UIM..near where picture one is ....think it is the bottom one??....
3rd one ( got it wrong...Jet air tube it is )

So the Jet Air Fuel Mixing goes from the place on the headers, all the way to the accordion? That's a long hose. I assume it's the long hose on the accordion. See pict.

...don't want to hook it to the intake
If you don't want it connected to the throttle body ( trust me you don't unless you live in the arctic )...hook it to the smallest of the tubes that come off near the lower radiator hose connector that has the multi-tubes coming out of it...below the thermostat housing
You will have 2 hoses in your stuff that need to be joined with a coupler if you are going to bypass the throttle body

The long one with the metal bracket is for the Jet air....the other one is the tube for the OMP atmospheric line I think...or the crank vent line
The three lines from the intake bellows are the Jet air...the crank vent ( depending on the year...slightly different routing) and the vent for the OMP that is incorporated into the black spacer under the primary injector bolts
