Does anyone have a RX-8 theme for Torque? I am currently using RaceMeter, but its very limited it what it can display.

Didn't see it posted here, but here is how you can get MAFv in torque.

Main Screen -> Settings -> Custom PIDs

I have used Dash Command and REV and I really do like Dash command a lot more.
