Ok so one of my christmas gifts was a sirius radio. Im pretty excited about installing it in a few days but one thing is bothering me. Like a radar detector the sirius mount display is powered through the cigarette lighter. I have seen many people not use the cigarrette lighter to power there radar detectors because they some how hide the wire under there dash and connect the wire somewhere else i guess to get power. I have no idea how to even begin to do this so I was hoping someone could tell me where to go to get good instructions or maybe someone here has done it themselves and would be willing to share how they did it because stuff like this is where im at!
