Hey guys, I have noticed that when I take off hard in 1st and 2nd gear that it feels like the rear tires are spinning but I think that it is actually the LSD slipping... I live in AR and the temp has went from 30 to 5 in the last couple of weeks so not sure if its that temp or if I may have rear end troubles... Imy '04 has 108000 on it so anyonr had this problem or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

The rear end is not going to slip internally. Do you have an AT or a MT trans?

 

It's your tyres slipping ....

 

If your ride is an auto,have you done a fluid + Filter change recently,maybe due for a service, if it's a stick,is it the original clutch,do you smell anything like a putrid burning smell when this happens.If it is a clutch on its way out,a quick way to check if its slipping is to apply the "E" brake,select 5th gear and try to take off,not like 9000revs and dump it,just like you would normally,if it doesnt stall the motor,it's probably the clutch.
