Quick Valve - Fram Sure Drain Knockoff
http://www.harborfreightusa.com/usa/...o?itemid=94879
I found this thing on sale so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. Does the RX8 take F106 with a M14 x 1.5 thread plug?
Thanks for your help.

Got Another Rotary
Use a Pela Oil extractor instead - then you don't have to crawl under the car at all.
I have this model and it works great with the 8 - I can get a solid 5 quarts out with it while most others can only get 4.5 quarts out on a change.

I used the Fram drain on an 87 RX-7.
It worked but the flow was slow so it took a long time to drain the sump.
I'm not crazy about jacking, but it's good to periodically have a look under the car for other problems.
