I think I burned my clutch

well, being able to shift without using the clutch either means:
a) You are a driver with Mad Skilz in matching revs on the upshift and the downshift; or,
b) You are well on the way to destroying your transmission.
You choose.
BTW, the sign of a failing clutch is usually juddering on take-off dut to heat spots in the flywheel, or more commonly, slipping in gear under power at higher revs.

I really don't think you need to replace your clutch. Just sounds like you are a bit of a rookie to the manual transmission. While you're gaining experience, you are likely to overheat your clucth once in a while. I dosen't sound like you're doing drag race launches or hitting clutch kicks in the Formula D events...
Just keep driving that 8. Trust me, it can take a bigger beating than you can dish out at your skill and power level.
Just keep this in mind:
1. Don't ever, even lightly, keep a foot resting on the clutch. Use the dead pedal.
2. When shifting from 1st to 2nd move through the friction point within 3 seconds. Other shifts need much less time.
3. In the city, drive through right handers in 2nd (most of the time) rather than riding your clutch in 3rd to keep revs up.
