Have you taken it to a body shop? They might be able to do something about that for cheaper than a new bumper would cost you.

I was told that you can fiberglass it solid but people on here have told me it looks like ****. There is a guy that lives near me with a vulosiry body kit still in the box made of duraflex for 500 when I get back to work this is a good posability. The only problem I have is that I love how the RX8 looks I hate to jack with it to much. I feel like it would be like putting a body kit on a 69 Camaro SS MURDER

Update 3months latter no problems still sounds great and finaly got bumper fixed the right way. So far my Flow Master is holding up to the heat
