ECU change

Hi all,

Just a quick one, would an ECU taken from an 05 plate rx8 231bhp fit into my 04 plate rx8 231bhp ok??

Probably not . The 4 digit number on the ECU case needs to be the same to work on your car.

There was a change in the ecu's between 04 car & 05 car & 06-08 cars.

Ah right, the thing is i'm gettin a pcm fault code coming up, what could the cause be as my rx8 is running finr?
