Clutch Pedal Reinforcement Kit

I had my original clutch pedal snap, so it was replaced by Mazda with another faulty pedal. I wish to reinforce this second pedal so it doesn't snap off too. I've been looking around and found a clutch pedal reinforcement kit by Rotary FX. It looks like a good kit, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Rotary FX kit before I buy it. Are there any thoughts on this subject? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You could just have the new one welded better instead of buying another product

I have the RotaryFX reinforcement kit. Works well, prob about 15k on it so far and no complaints. My clutch pedal never snapped but I wanted the reinforcement just as a preventative measure.

Like the other suggestion you could have it welded by a competent welder. Would prob work the same and be around the same cost.

The RotaryFX kit works fine for what it is and is great quality. Took maybe 30min in total to install including removing and reinstalling your clutch pedal assembly, also you have to drill to add a bolt for the bracket IIRC.

When mine snapped, I just took it to a local shop to having it welded for free...Has been fine ever since...That had to have been about 40k miles ago.

Haven't tried that one but usually I just weld the seams up. Never had one fail after that.
