3 gauge a pillar

Alright, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I have some questions about an a pillar for the 8. I'm looking for a 3 gauge a pillar, I was looking on the net and I only found one and it was carbon fiber and $249.99 which seems a bit ridiculous to me. Anybody know where I can get one cheap?

The one your are thinking of from carbontrix that is 249.99 only holds two gauges (thats if were thinking of the same one). I myself wanted a a pillar pod that held three gauges as well when i started my turbo build, but i only found the carbon fiber a pillar pod by carbontrix that was a little to expensive for just two gauges. My suggestion is to either make your own (fiberglass mold) or use the lotek or racing beat. I hope someone makes an a pillar pod for the 8 thats not 250 haha i would be all over that

I get nervous about pillar pods in the 8 due to the airbag right there, just seems like if it goes off you'll have a nice gauge built into your forehead. But maybe I'm wrong. Also for just 3 gauges nicely mounted there is the RB kit which is less just for the pod itself.

with the RB triple gauge pod in the ashtray, the lotek triple gauge pod on the center dash, and people mounting single gauge pods on the steering column, I guess there's never been a demand for someone to make a triple gauge A pillar pod.

i know it's over 200 bucks, but now you don't need to buy a few gauges or the pod to hold them.

Yes, that was what I seen. All carbon fiber and I thought it was a 3 gauge a pillar and took another look. I don't think I can make one, it will turn out horrible and won't match a thing.

Good point, I don't really want to eat a gauge or two if I hit something either lol. Any way to get rid of the airbag? Not that I'm going to, just curious.

I just checked out the "GOODbox" and that seems pretty incredible. I think I'm going to talk to him about one. I'm so impressed.
