6speed swap

has anyone swaped out the auto and put a 6speed trans and how much did you spend and where did you get the parts (sorry if this was asked before but I searched and found nothing)
By the way I have a 3ed gen rx7 trans 5speed would that work or bolt on?

if its an auto, and you want manual, dont buy it, nothing personal, but it would cost WAY more than just buying the manual 8

do you have an entire drivetrain, wiring system, and computer to go with it?

it's not even remotely feasible, hence; fugetaboutit

I'm guessing you'd be better off selling the rx-7 gearbox on 7club or some other 7 forum and putting that money towards a down payment on a used 6MT 8.

If you're not going to buy it, let me know. I am looking for an Auto RX8 and i'm having a hard time finding something that fits. You're in the NE section, right?
