i do take advise form others espically the ones that been in the game before i was born. but this is the route im going to go that just that
To be honest if money is any kind of a serious factor I would suggest sticking with some of the various proven methods that you've seen here on the website. We have plenty of RX8 owners who have followed the directions and guidelines of a select few people who have tried various different methods and failed. The end product was a turbo setup that is well designed for the car and has most of the kinks engineered out of it.
I'm all for encouraging people to seek out new ways of doing things but if you're new to forced induction and or new to FI on the RX8 it would be a great move to simply grab a turbo kit which has been proven to work, install it and enjoy the benifits of being boosted.
Superchargers, turbos...there's been a lot of work done. Be sure not to discount that.
