The renesis engine is a high compression motor you can still turbo it however you may want to rebuild the internals first. The renesis also runs way hotter than any other 13b so that is another reason why you would want to rebuild it. The high compression and the high temperature push some people towards a supercharger in my opinion it is a rotary if you want a supercharger just get a v8. So as far as power it will upgrade the power however you need to take the steps to make sure you do it right. Most people run a greddy turbo kit and have good results pushing 6-8psi. I am doing a costum t4 setup on my 8. But no matter what it will deff. increase power in a positive way but you have to do it right or you will end up blowing up the motor.

sorry bout it the dude asked a question and i answered just cuz he is a noob which to you i prolly am too doesnt mean he doesnt deserve an answer isnt that the only reason people join the forums in the first place is to ask questions and learn things about their car? not just troll and get called a noob with no answer? that seems super helpful

Well spoon feeding someone does help them learn, ecspecially if the info is vague. People do not juat join this forum for the sole purpose of asking question. ther are many existing thread and stickies available to educate people and we expect people to read them. Bumping useless dead threads doesn't do any good.
