Really happy with this setup. Plenty of bass. Now I need to figure out how to keep my rear view mirror from vibrating down lol...

Yah I know I need to vacuum...

Hit 7psi today for the first time in many months. I thought to myself that's really not all that far from 17.... I am concerned the boost bug has reinfected me. This is a cry for help. Please stop me

LEDs nearly everywhere now. Only incandescents left are high beams, fog lights and ash tray.

Yesterday I found the limit of the stock fuel pump on my setup is about 7-8psi boost. Normal FP pressure has been a solid 54-55psi. Saw it drop down to 50psi...

I pulled the Walbro out when I was having issues last year. Should I drop my Walbro back in or go DW200? Not sure i feel like rolling the dice with the Walbro...

I have been running my Walbro for 20,000 miles without issues, a few others here locally as well who are boosted and NA. Most of us have FP gauges and see just about 60psi solid. I always felt like the Walbro worries were unsubstantiated.

Maybe, but at this point I'd rather just drop a Benjamin for a new pump than risk a motor.

Hey slash, do you have any other pics of the work done on your DP and manifold? Did you just weld shut the Wastegate location at the end of the manifold with just a plate or did you cut it off an patch it? I just picked up a full PTP kit for next to nothing. I won't be swapping kits anytime soon but I plan on trying to make this kit the best it can be before diving into it.

The kit I have looks so different from other PTP kits. It was never installed and the guy who sold it had no clue what brand it was, he bought it thinking he could put it on his 2010 R3,

That looks identical to mine... BTW take a look at all the welds you can see inside, a couple of mine had some fingers hanging off of them that needed to be removed with a file.

I got the lay out, still trying to figure out why the midpipe flange is four bolts. The wastegate location is crap just like the Esmeril.

The 4th bolt is for a support bracket that mounts to the trans. Getting ready to upload some pics...

Here are some photos that will hopefully help. When I originally installed I had the original wastage exit (what I mean is the exit of the WG back into the mid pipe) sawed off and welded shut for an open dump. Loved the screamer pipe at full throttle, but was a bit obnoxious at part throttle. As far as being sub-optimal, I do not disagree, but this was the configuration for my 430rwhp dyno so must not have been too much of a problem. Since then I had the wastegate moved up top and recirculated.
