Use the oem fitting for the return..hook it to the siphon for the transfer pump. Drill a hole in the top of the lid for the fuel feed and put on a AN bulkhead fitting and hook to the pump outlet. I put an aeromotive FPR on a bracket at the firewall with a 1micron fuel filter

Let me see if I got this right

1. OEM fuel Supply becomes the return, hook that to the siphon port on the fuel pump canister.

2. Drill a hole in the top fuel pump canister for the fuel feed and put on a AN bulkhead fitting and hook to the pump outlet

3. Run a new larger line to the front of the car, into a FPR, then to the Feed of the fuel rail.

what kind of line did you run from the tank to the FPR?
So does the siphon line get connected to the OEM fuel pump canister feed?

yup, that's correct FazdaRX_8, I used a nylon overbraid -6 fuel line all the way to the front.

Fuel pump out on new fuel line...to fuel rail in...to other fuel rail...to FPR...return goes back to fuel tank in the OEM fuel line....where you have moved the fuel line to connect to the siphon pump

Dan, how is your current fuel pump setup? External inline, in tank, or in stock location?

What ever happened to this topic or the promised pics ? Why not use one of the 3 vent / roll over valve nipples as a return line and keep the OEM feed ? MUST the return line go into the venturi siphon? Could a line be attached to a vent nipple from inside of the tank to the venturi? ALSO does anyone know of the difference of running the fuel lines the way you are or like this:

Hey Dan, When you tuned your return system did you use a 1:1 regulator? If you did, did you adjust the latency tables?

I am thinking the latency will be flat across the pressure range.

Considering that you basically fudge the tables to get what you want....I never saw the point in changimg yhem. Theoretically the pressure across the nozzle stays the same anywa y
