13B, 2 rotor engine with nitrous.......................
They also has a 20B engine that if they needed they can install it.

You would see the world fastest rotary engine cars in Puerto Rico,
Came in any thursday or friday night and you would see them on the race tracks............
There is a LOT of rotary cars running on the 7 sec. in 1/4 mile.

And there is some one's on the 6 sec in 1/4 mile.

Where do I sign up for mine? :p Damn that is fast, I'd love to give it a drive but I'm afraid I'd end up killing themselves. Richard, you've raced a number of cars, how hard is it to drive something like this?

13B + Turbo + NOS, full tubed chassis (his old RX7 car tiped the scales close to 2300lbs). He maneaged a 7.67 on a blown thru webber setup, same engine switched to EFI did a 7.47. His goal is a 6.99 on the Rx8, and if there is somebdy capabale of doin it on a 13B, is this guy

It's just drag racing, you can learn with practice. The trick is reaction time.

Speaking of Q-times.... what are the turbo'd 8's running?

I'm sure it's been posted already somewhere, but I'm way too lazy to keep looking and this is the first thread I could find with quarter-mile times as a subject. Anyone?

I saw Rafaelito (RX8) last weekend at Salinas Speedway, Puerto Rico and is coming strong, but let me tell you that currently the king in the RX8 body is Abel Ibarra with his K & N Filters RX8 with a 6.76 at Las Vegas back in April , I hope he will be back in Pam beach now in August 20.
Remember Siguel vs Ibarra. Maybe the revenge Ibarra vs Rafaelito.

As far as the Greddy powered RX-8s on this forum, I haven't seen one under 14 yet, which doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Sorry but my car is on the shop, we removed the greddy kit. I'm working on a custom turbo , now we're making the custom manifold..............

once we finish I would post new times.

On the other hand, We have a new world record holder for two rotor engine
Eddie Colon from "Sporty racing" 7.34 sec. @ 180 mph.

He runs a 7.44 on the Pan am you can read the articule on the last RX tuner magazine.
