nice 09Factor! I'll have to find that thread... I'm sure it's out there too !!!
Brettus.... the two black hoses next to the MAF are tied to the standard intake vacuum hoses. One of the blue hoses coming up from the intercooler goes to the snail and the other goes to the Synapse.

haven't peaked out yet... and it is pretty jumpy too... I got the needle up to 5 psi unintentionally this evening while running calibrations for Jeff. Jumped off really quick. I should have a good dyno run done by the end of the month.
I forgot to mention... I put a second oil cooler on it too (the US 2004 4ATs only have one) and my oil temps have dropped literally 30 degrees F. I was running between 210-220 easily prior to my conversion... now while cruising mild it sits around 190F. We'll see what happens when I start laying down some boost

are you going to run a boost controller? keep us updated with the dyno results more importantly a boost profile with the dyno run...really curious to see the results of BNR's upgraded wastegate
Still have some work to do after the dyno day. We were unable to adjust the actuator while on the dyno per their policy. It will be adjusted tomorrow at FD3S Engineering and then back on the dyno on 12/17 at 10 AM. I will be sure to post the results with graphs for everyone.

Yup, I remember being able to achieve around 13-14 psi then it would drop off to around 11psi at redline. One day I will quit being lazy and fix the 8 then dyno the car...
Would be worth checking his actuator/wastegate setup as compared to other BNRs

I will take a look one day when I take my turbo kit off so that I can sell it. It is definitely odd that I am on the stock Greddy actuator and am able to hold the boost. I will say that Bryan did modify my wastegate, so its not the prettiest actuator out there (it had been cut open, etc.) It had some work done to it, now as to what he did I do not know. But I was very pleased with the performance of it.
