Fix that wastegate. That is a blown motor waiting to happen.

I had to notch the air intake area as well.

Once i get it all running and fully checked for leaks and what not. I will be routing it back towards tranny and maybe dumping to exhaust system. So maybe end of week ill have that done.

Oh yeah, I definitely trimmed the 90* Couplers with some scissors. Definitely needs to be done. Trimmed some of the other ones too. Was plenty of coupler to spare.

has anyone toyed with the idea of applying a lubrication coating on the apex seals and double springs? Also ceramic coating the side seals and springs/exhaust ports?

So im also having a problem starting mine. Did start the last few times and only thing i did was remove/add coolant. fix oil leak/add oil. and i worked on my gauges. Now im getting a weird sound coming from intake area. Sounds like this : "eeeeeeh" continuously. Starter does crank it over, but i cant get a spark. Esmeril coils, 8mm wires, new plugs, all tight on there. My oil, and cel on.

Fixed oil light, oil sensor unplugged. lol

A high pitched electronic "eeeeeeee" when the key is in the ON position? I was wondering if anyone else noticed that. I only noticed it when I was looking for a problem, I didn't know if it was just my car or not. As far as I could tell, I thought it comes from the throttle body.

Or maybe there is a bomb in my car. ::shrug::

yeah that high pitched noise is the electronic throttle body. Mine is pretty loud.

And Snowflake, check your fuses. You did a gauge install (assuming you wired them too) so it's possible you popped a fuse.

Actually i never did wire them. lol they still unplugged. I did tap them into the cigar fuse on inside gauge panel, will check that tomorrow morning. Do you guys know any good connections to wire 3 aem gauges? need it somewhere around the steering wheel/fuse box.
Thanks

did you check your main fuse, and engine fuse. Both of those were toast for me.

Crank + no start always makes me think flood as the prime suspect. But you should have green lights on your Int-X when key is ON, is that the case?
