Update. The upgrade is a direct drop in. No modifications needed other than a coolant source.

Yes Bryan is correct I am sorry that I havent chimed in yet. I am going to hopefully finish up today. The turbo dropped right now no problems. I used the lines from the throttle body to cool the turbo. I will post pictures tonight or tomorrow. But so far I am very impressed with the quality from BNR.

In response to this, I have been on detachment here and there. I am going to get the car for sure done on Thursday, if not I will quit jk. But I went ahead and installed a water methanol kit from Coolingmist, so now I am just waiting for my fuel injectors from MM. I should have received them already, but hopefully they come soon. I will then tune the car with the help of Kane ( PPO2) then dyno it. But I will post my review of what the car drives like here this week. It just seems like its a never ending project. I havent driven the car in a month and a half.

For simplicity reasons I have changed up the water lines on the turbocharger. The water lines on the engine side of the turbocharger were giving clearance issues on the exhaust manifold and also making complications getting an exhaust manifold bolt properly torqued. So I relocated the water lines to the opposite side using fittings that are closer to the turbo charger giving adequate clearance for easy installation.

Good lord it's amazing to me than you can make all these changes so fast, get the turbo completed and out the door in less than 2 weeks after shipping it to you guys while some people can't even get 1 unit done in a year.

You'll be reciving my turbo in a few short weeks. Also any way I can bring it in person and see what you guys are all about as i'm only 2.5hrs away. Shoot me a pm if you would rather discuss the above mentioned trip offline.

You can come by anytime. Just call me whenever you plan to come out. I live 2 miles from the shop.

I really wish I could give you a better update. I started the car ready to go,etc. Only to find all 6 qts all over the floor. Apparently when I dropped both motor mounts I broke a pipe coming from the motor to the "T" fitting of the oil pressor sensor unit. Now I cant get the pipe out of the motor. I dont know what else to do.

I will post up some pictures when I get home, but there is very little room under there. I am thinking heating up the motor and crushing the end of the pipe with vice grips and then seeing if that would work.

/\ might work . If you buy a cheap pack of easy outs , find the best one to use and grind off the end to make it as short as possible i'm sure you would get it in there . Also look at removing the motor mopunts and dropping the motor to make room ....
