Dear Lord I need to win the lottery. There are so many things I want and this is just another one. Got an exhaust, D.R. Mid-Pipe, Ignition Solution, now just need to save up for a TurboKit, and now this...I so hate you but I just can't. Here we go...time to start my wish list all over again!

nicely done guys! It would be a bit weird only having a 5 speed but this seems like a good option for the FI crowd.

1) Tooling up to produce replacement, heavier duty wear items (syncros, etc) is expensive.
2) Even with heavier duty wear items, there are still some intermittent issues they've had trouble tracking down.
That being said, the 5Spds they've had running around do have longer legs so the revs at cruise are a bit lower than the stock 6spd. Not that any of us drive in manner condusive to fuel economy any how.
Im sure, if there were good reason and enough interest, Scott'd re-address the 6spd situation, but this may be the best solution (Mazsport has found it to be) on the cost/performance curve. And right now, it's the best/only solution on the curve.
