Went thru another's thread about this supercharger. Seems the Factory Strut Bar will not fit with this on. I believe the Strut Bar I have stands taller than the factory and I bought them as a set (front/rear) for $109 off ebay. I know some people say the front strut bar is not necessary but I personally would not run without it... just sayin...

Looks Good Cornholio! I have also seen twin braces that go to the firewall from the stock strut mounting location. I dont remember if i have seen one for the 8 or not though.

My suspension should be in in the morning~!

Anyway I added a Cob and GoodBox to my parts list. My goal is to only have one "gauge".

What size or model blower is used by the Hymee kit?
(I have heard it was a bigger blower, it could be the Autorotor equivalent of the Lysholm MX-420 or MX-422.)

The clutch actually came mounted to the flywheel. I would have to disassemble. BTW, I saw the perfect tranny jack at harbor freight (hint hint)

Edited because I am retarded.

that is a good looking clutch and flywheel.
you will need to disassemble to mount it regardless because the flywheel gets bolted to the engine.

You are correct on one thing mscamp02. I will not be cutting any corners.

It looks like a quick build time but it really is not. I have been working toward an FI goal for many many months now but laying low. I was largely undecided about My FI of choice and even tried to make an appointment to see Corky Bell about doing a turbo kit for me. Then Tubingchamp's SC came up for sale and I could not pass on a chance to own that bad boy.

There are many more months to go before everything is ready and we are really going to take our time with the test and tune portion. EVERYTHING will be data logged, documented and done the right way.

I am still very undecided on what I am going to do with the exhaust, engine coolant solutions and maybe some trick coatings by Swain.

A bit portly though.
:O its only two more pounds then your set up and not bad for a 10" rim with 265s. Your build thread will be Epic 9k.

Definitely not heavy for the tire/wheel sizes. Will there be any fitment issues or will you be able to avoid rubbing with that offset?

There should be Zero fitment issues. +42 is not aggressive. (was told by the Rishi that its actually = +38 to the stock size... something about the width. I did not really get it) I am also using 265's and they are just a little bit of a streach on a 10" rim.

I am also not going to go very low. My goal is about a half inch lower then it has been with the progressive springs. I also dont want more then -2.5* camber in the rear if I can at all help it.
