Hey guys my car has recently been in the shop and I'm trying to get it fixed but I can't figure out what is wrong on it. The car starts up and has a nice idle but constantly is battling stalling but sounds good. Until you take it on the road you cannot get over 3k rpm. It will not take fuel. We have changed the MAF could the OMS do this and do you have any other possibilitys of what could be happening? It's pumping out white bluish smoke.

Blue tinge in the smoke means significant oil burn. It sounds like one of your oil control rings failed and it's dumping oil into the engine.
Pull the plugs and take a look at them. Put a cloth or something to prevent making a mess, and crank the engine over with the plugs out. If the plugs are oily and a rotor is chucking oil out a plug hole, it would be pretty conclusive. If not, or the plugs look the same front and rear, then pull off the upper intake manifold and check to see if the engine beltched oil into the intake. If it's oil flooding the intake, then your engine should be ok, just needs to get really cleaned out (along with the upper and lower intake manifolds and all intake valving), and you need a catch can installed to prevent that from happening again.
Most fueling problems, either excessive or insufficient, won't have smoke being produced. Even if it does, it won't be blue unless there is a significant amount of oil getting dumped into the combustion. Even excessive premix quantities really won't do this.

If you are getting oil dumped into your engine, you are basically drowning the spark in a rather-difficult-to-combust liquid.
There could be other reasons, but that blue smoke is the first symptom to use for figuring out where to start.

Ah. Perhaps you should include all the relevant information in your first post? It's hard to provide accurate help with missing information, especially if it's something as significant as that.
The OMP shouldn't have to be keyed to the ECU, however it is possible that there is a mistake in the OMP installation somewhere that is both sucking through as much oil as it can, as well as imposing a limp mode which is capping your RPM.
Again, you haven't provided much information.

Alright well my car has a turbo on it, i have a catch can and the car will not rev at all whenever you try to give it fuel. We changed the TPS and that helped alittle bit but we did a full engine swap since my last engine was blown and then all these weird things started happening. What im saying is what kind of things could make oil go into the engine like that, and if its not the oil what else could it be. Me and my buddys are honestly clueless at what to do.

Well, your additional information has added another possibility. Turbos directly deal with exhaust gases, and turbos have oil lines for lubrication. A turbo failure typically means oil getting dumped into the exhaust. This would also be fouling your O2 sensors pretty badly, so the ECU wouldn't have any idea what it's trying to do.
That's for the smoke anyway.
For the power loss problem, it could literally be anything at this point. A huge vacuum leak, improper turbo installation, improper engine conversion, a bad tune, a jacked up piggyback (if you are using one). I'm going to re-name your thread and move it to major horsepower section. The turbo guys might be able to help you.
I recommend you reply to the thread next with a COMPLETE and DETAILED list of everything you have done, what parts you are using, etc... You should have a LONG post with the information by the time you are done. If you get tired of typing, ignore it and keep going.
Feel free to ignore this advice, but if you fail to provide all the information, I can tell you that you simply won't be able to get any help here. Lack of effort in, zero results out. It's all going to be in your hands.

If your o2 sensor is fouling, you could be going into Limp mode too, which means you won't be able to rev your engine. You'll hit your gas and it will sputter.
Fix those issues first, reset your error codes, and try again.

There is NO check engine light. My O2 sensors are blanked out when we got it tuned. Just to make sure we even hooked up a brand new o2 sensor and hanged it out the car and ran it, still no check engine light which made my 99.9% thought of it being blanked out 100%. Its puffing out white/blueish smoke constantly. It has little throttle response and 50% of the time bogs when you give it gas at idle.
My next question: Like the throttle position sesnor, it has to be programmed to the computer for each computer. for example if i took a throttle position sensor from a different rx8 and put it on mine it wouldnt work right? well that was my first problem. Im wondering if the Oil metering sensor has to be programmed to the car cause in my swap i didnt change it.
We checked the MAF, O2, injectors, computer, abs, we even took the turbo apart to see if the seals were blown and that was the cause of the oil. The car is running very rich, or is just burning its fuel because its running 14.8 at idle. Im trying to give as much information as possible.
By the way the car idles rough, it has a smooth idle sound but it constantly is battling between 500-1200 rpm. and max's out in neutral at about 6.7k rpm. on the road it barely can get going.

Fixed. Sorry about that. You said "engine swap", and I recalled a discussion about 4-port to 6-port from another thread with you. My mistake.
It's not a swap if it's the same engine. It's just an engine replacement. Engine replacements don't require any electronic changes though, unless your method of engine management demands it. If you are using the stock ECU, you can just replace the engine without the ECU even knowing or caring. If you had to do anything to the contrary than something went wrong with your replacement.

So the question i have been asking has turned out to be the problem. I changed the Oil metering pump/sensor and it started right up perfect idle no problems at all.
But now my car is puffing out white/bluish smoke occasionaly. Not all the time, only every 2-6 minutes. And when it does puff it fills a whole intersection and i have no throttle. I checked for antifreeze in the dipstick for a possible blown gasket. Nothing. I had one guy pull over and ask me if my car was on fire thats how big it was.
Any ideas guys? i feel like if i solve this my car is up and running again
