dont have a pic but you cant really see it on the stock bumper but I think the MS bumper it would show off real nic.

You can't really see it unless you bend down. I'm thinking about taking off the licsense plate from front bumper and take my chances with the law. It's blocking alot of airflow that the intercooler needs.

The instructions do say to reuse the original gasket for the end connecting to the airpump (section 3-6 step 1), but it then states to use their gasket for the end connecting to the downpipe (part 49, section 3-6 step 3).
As philodox stated, the hole is too small so I just used the stock gasket for that end also.

I ran into my first post install problem.
I found a small oil stain in my garage. I had thought it was from the T fitting on the oil pressure sensor (since it was a bitch to put in). I jacked up the car and it turned out to be from the silicon seal on the oil pan. It was seeping through a bolt hole and dripping from the bolt. Took out the bolt and it was slowly dripping, tightening it didn't help. Dropping the oilpan tommorrow and redoing the silicon seal.

Took it into the shop and had them drop the pan since I had to work.
The oil was leaking through the silicon seal because of an uneven surface on the bottom housing, area circled in red. I remember using a razor to get rid of the silicon the first time and the razor would stop when it hit that area.
The shop had to grind the area down a bit to make it smooth and also used alittle more silicon this time.
No more leak.

I'm having some problems .....when I come to a rolling stop the car stalls once and awhile when coming to idle.. I don't have a BOV .. Anyone? Suggestions?

adrian-1 thanks for all the info. Question, the heat shield they gave me in my Greddy kit is just 2inch wide strip. Is that what you received also, I don't think that's enough, I was going to find a sheet from cool-it..

Also did anyone wrap their turbo's , there's allot of heat in there...I want to do it right, I don't want to go back and correct a mistake later... Anyone with info on this subject of wrapping and or shielding with thermo please help out...

i just used a bunch of that tape and cut it in strips so i could lay it side to side. However it has since fallen off, i don't know what happened, the "adhesive" seems to still be on there, but the shielding separated from it. Not a very good setup in my opinion. A sheet might be better but i think once the moisture gets to it the same thing may end up happening.

I'am wondering if we can some how screw it or tie with metal bands to keep it from coming off, I would like to find away to make it more secure , then we won't have to worry about if it fell off and start maybe having heat problems later..

Ps. just found it Thermotec.com, wow look at this stuff, I wonder what I should buy first..

Supposed to be strips side-by-side, but mine's also been falling off. I'll be checking out that site for a replacement.

After hearing from acouple of you guys , I think I will wait till tomorrow to find a better solution for this issue, I will find (I hope) a long term solution to that Heat Wrap problem, as I said before I want to get this turbo done , But I don't want to worrying about when this heat wrap is going to fall off, and maybe give us some problems. Thanks guys..

Hey guys stopped at the speed shop today, pick up what I believe will work for us, those with the greddy turbo, and others. I picked up the Turbo insulating kit, 1 sheet of heat barrier with adhesive backing and the thermo flex for the oil return line that's close to the exhaust .. All this was fro Thermotec.com, but my local speed shop had it in stock.
Cost $ 136.00 but this way I'am using 1 sheet to wrap around the intake and will attach it the adhesive and I will tack it down..

And I have the turbo insulator to keep the heat down also. I will be installing tonite..
