Well I don't really have a sense fo smell as it is so it doesn't really matter in that point. I dont' idle much, not in much traffic. But either way I'll see what it's like catless and make a decision there. Can you call that muffler shop up there Dave and ask how much it'll be to do the straight pipe?

i'd say plan on no more than $100 or so. they always treat me really good.

How long of a trip to california are we talking? I'd have to drive out there and drive back so that's 6 days right there. hehe..

 

You must be pretty confident to be able to suggest openly that others bring their cars to you for a porting job. If anything goes wrong a new engine is in order by the owners expense.

You do seem to be knowledgable as heck though. It's pretty impressive.

 

I really would love to get my engine ported.. i just dont have the cash to go to cali right now..
