Anyone ported the 4 port engine? I am curious to see how much there is left in the endplates before water is reached on the intake side. From casting it looks like same cast as 6 port engine but without the hole for the apv sleeve machined. so the question is: is there water above the port ot or not? ideally I would like to close the port at around 65° abdc and adding a small peripheral intake port to the cocktail.
