Hi all, newbie here, subscribed to this thread. Very interested to see progress and results.

I'm impressed with the WG idea.

OP: did you buy the GT3582r with the twinscroll housing or did you have to buy the housing separately? seems like it has to be purchased separately here in UK

question, are you running standard 10:1 compression in this motor or have you reduced it?

Brettus... Forgive me if I have missed this but what ecu and fuel system are you going to use? Only asking as I'm planning on putting Renesis engine trans and rear axle into my car and looking to do something similar to what you're doing here. Thx.

^ Stock ECU tuned with Cobb AP is the way to go (but sounds like you are not doing this to an 8); and I'm certain that is what Brett is using but I'll let him have the final say on that..... I'd say 99% of people around here are going to recommend that route on an FI'd 8. What vehicle are you planning to drop this into?

You will want a stand alone ECU for that application !
I think the Adaptronics would do it .......... Team ?

As far as doing the same thing goes .... might work out better in an application that has the room . I would certainly not use the turbo I did if I had more room .

IMO if you're talking about swapping an FI rotary into a different chassis then the REW or Cosmo 13B is the way to go rather than a Renesis

Come to think about it, RX8 chassis too ...

Haha. I'm going to use the whole rear subframe assembly from an RX8. Instead of hijacking this thread further. I'll post my own with more detail on my intentions when I get home.
