Best turbo kit in what way? Best price? Best performance? Best reliability? lol

You can't go wrong with the Mazsport kits. They are very complete but you better have deep pockets!

The GReddy kit is much more affordable. Even with the upgraded MazdaManiac turbo upgrade kit.

As turborx8 said, mazsport has some quality kits however, they are expensive but worth the money. If you want cheaper then MM upgraded greddy kit is the way to go.There is also the esmeril kit which im saving for. Just dont go out and get a cheap kit to save some cash. You get what you pay for.

Greddy is the best turbo kit for the money and performance (low to mid range where 80% of your driving happens). You just need to pull together the tunning aspect of the kit...

there isnt a best or worst turbo kit, and i dont even think there is a best or worst mod. there isnt a best intake, or exhaust, or EMU, or tires, or rims or anything. everyone is bias towards what they either have or want.

you need to go to each individual manufactures website of the turbo kits, look up the pro's and con's of each kit, and decide on your own which kit you want. it is not a simple decision, as it will cost you more than $5 grand for pretty much any kit, and the kit can be either beneficial or destructive on your rather expensive engine. take your time, and research. in then end, you will be happy

as said, it depends on what you are looking for.

The esmeril looks to be the easiest to install because of its ease of access to everything and straightforward pipe routing. Its a complete kit.

for the greddy most of the work is done under the car as the turbo is right on the manifold. Its very plug and play, but the plug and play you get sucks and requires upgrades to be purchased separetly.

Same with the mazsport type1 kit that places the turbo right where the motor mount is in a difficult to reach location (necessitating the use of custom soild motor mounts, both because of heat resistance and because they change the location of the engine to make room for the turbo). This is also a complete kit.

SFR makes a comparable kit, has a bunch of add-ons that can rack up the price also.

That being said, I bought an Esmeril kit, and it should be here in the next month or so.

Greddy Turbo system, stock. Straight out of the box it's the BEST turbo EVA!!!!!!

Alright, all kidding aside, there is NO "best". AT the moment, Mazsport's turbo is the most 'complete' kit and capable of some great HP figures. (it is pricey though)

Esmiril: also looking like a GREAT kit with similar HP figures

MazdaManiac: Greddy upgrade kit is coming together very nicely and will most likely ALSO get you over 300hp. This will ALSO be a very complete kit.
