Here is a crappy cell phone pic of my PLX multigauge. I am running AFR on it now but plan on running boost, EGT, and IAT on it as well. The third slot will be another Prosport Volt gauge. I will be adding the visors for all three, i know it looks weird with only one on

Update:
With the new FAL fans my IAT's seem to be much higher in traffic. But also it has been over 100F here lately too so that definitely does not help. But I do think a shield is needed between the fans and intake piping. I am going to experiment with some plastic shielding and see if it makes a difference.

I have the MAF and MAF housing already wrapped in DEI Cool tape. It helps, my IAT's are/were generally pretty low but I guess the fan push much more hot air onto the MAF housing than the previous setup did.

increased iats due to fans being more active and the ambient temps going way up--it will be 101 here in Ga on Friday!
I had to add a little more shielding over the fans ( clearances between the fans and shield is the same) and finally moved my air filter outside the engine bay as my homemade "ram air" set up wasnt working anymore. The fans are stirring up to much air in the engine bay.
If you will notice iats will also depend on how open the throttle is! More throttle the more air flow and that results in it cooling off.
We just need to drive "flat out"!

Yeah my filter is out of the engine bay and before I would stay within 10F of ambient but now at slows speeds and when stopped they shoot up to 30-40F above ambient. At speed they drop like a rock. I am going to try and figure something out this weekend.
