This tranny is a New G-Force Dog Ring Tranny From Ford mustang you will need a 2 1/4" aluminum spacer to correct the oem shifter position in a rx8.

Soy the Luquillo, ingeniero aeroespacial, trabajando con NASA y viviendo en Alabama....
It took me a couple of weeks of reading a page here and a page there to finish all of this great storythread. Add me to the list of guys that have made you their "Rotor Heroes".
So - what is the setup for your car today Manuel?
and Rgonza - how many transmissions have you gone through so far ? did you ever update the turbo in your car?

Quino los dos carros han sufrido mucho cambios.......................
hoy los carros son mucho mas rapidos que lo que puedes apreciar en los videos
del post que puse en el 4-26-07
en el mio el caracol de escape de la turbina se le cambio por uno mas grande, el waste gate es de 60mm antes era de 38 mm, amplificador de corriente, fuel speed controller etc etc en estos dias le voy a cambiar el clutch, tengo todo hace un tiempo no lo e hecho por vago.
en el de rgonza el esta montando una turbina mas grande y esta montando una transmision mucho mas fuerte le puso haltech en vez de microtech, lo hizo nitroso,
etc etc
el hombre a roto la transmision 5 veces, tiene el pie muy pesado..................

I have a few friends from luquillo one of them is Javier Cora, a crazy guy he loved race
cars but he was more on the mustang's cars........
I know him from my students year's, I also know other guys from your town.
But the best from Luquillo is "la Selva" I just surfed overthere a few times but what a wave!
Here the guys show respect to the 20B's Rx8's, the other day I was on a auto show Night and a guy that owns a very modificated evo was challinging everyone to run exept my Rx8, he was saying that our RX8's are in another league.............................
he never runed against me but one of his friends that owns and STi's one day find me on
the highway and I beat him like 3 times that day. Probably he give his friend and advice.

The idea is that you can use the cars daily if you whant.
For example today I maked a 2 hours trip back/forward without any problem
except some traction problems.
Tomorrow It would be the same.....................
rgonza is working on some details to finish the new set up, but the most difficult work it was already maked................................
