To answer your question I won't be posting the numbers because there are no numbers (dyno charts) to post. Nelson was barely beginning his tuning and so he wasn't printing out/recording the pulls, just looking at the monitor.
I went into the dyno session knowing I had 2 "hurt" side seals, one on the front rotor and one on the rear rotor (my porting job possibly?), not enough to severely affect performance obviously but enough to cause serious blowby. There was SO much blowby that my catch can overfilled twice, it wasn't pretty and was too dangerous to keep going. Gonna relocate it and figure out a new venting system for now...

Here's the third video at 14psi...
Bypassed the boost controller, listen to that wastegate trying to keep up!

wow. so this is the ECU You guys at Turblown were talking about... boost indexed timing tables?? :D.. i see a MAP sensor is required.... and the MAF can be ditched... will it use the stock TPS for Alphta-N tuning in addition to transient throttle response? is there a thread for this ecu yet? am i highjacking?
Great build, can't wait to see the 600 horse dyno.

Its not just side seals, you also have massive blowby past the cutoff seal(s) as well. Reworking the catch basin isn't the answer as the engine will not be long for this world with that kind of blowby occuring.
The intention of relocating the catch can is a precautionary measure to avoid a possible fire, not the "answer" to prevent blow-by, I should have been more specific.
Also, the excessive blow-by is not directly going to harm the motor, I'm not worried about it and don't need to be. It's the indirect dilution of the oil from the blow-by that I need to keep an eye on until the motor gets rebuilt which will be soon after the next dyno session...even then the blow-by will still be an issue with the amount of boost I'm running in addition to the high compression.
