P.S. A box that fits between the rear seats is what people have been waiting for not a copy of the one in the corner of the trunk. I'm sure you'd get more orders....

as for a box in the center of the rear seat......subs require a certain amount of airspace and its not easy to get a accurate setup in that location. as for making the same box that 4080 makes, we offer ours slightly less expensive with multiple finish options like paint or vinyl.

You're probably hitting the market too late. To everyone (on rx8club at least) 4080 has brand recognition...like facial tissues and Kleenex, etc.

 

I guess you still don't get it. IT COSTs TOO MUCH..... $560+ for boxes + shipping, so I can then buy 2 10's + amp. The other brand box is too expensive as well, but at least it’s a nicer looking design. Yes, I said it’s a nicer looking design......

P.S. Do a box that fires through the center of the rear seats (design it well) and you will get a lot of sales. I'll be first in line if it’s a good design; even at $300.

Relax ...........its internet. i think you decided that i was mad. i am trying to find out what the reasons are that this isnt working for people. you did answer some of that now. i know this doesnt mean much to you but i have time effort and money in this so i need to do some questioning. as for professional, this is a forum. you post a statement, i post a reply or question, so on and so forth. it was posted that the price was to high so i asked if there was another cheaper cause genneraly people determine high price if they can get it cheaper. i am sorry if you want people to just take your statements as gold but i am getting info as well as giving it.

 

I for one would like one, but I just don't have the time now to do the install work, and don't have enough spare money to buy something that I can't use for a month or 2.

Well now you have choices.

Do you want a Custom box that can be painted and match the two corners of the RX-8... Then I believe your choice would be the Wicked CAS Magic BOX.

If you want it carpeted then you have 2 choices... Having a choice is GOOD.

Taste is something everyone will have a different opinion on. Some people may Hate RX-8 but othhers will Love it. So if you don't like it you don't buy it. If you like it or love it and it fits your needs and TASTE... you buy it.

Since the make enclosures for the same price and the same size subs, why dont you make enclosures for 12 inch subs instead, and charge the same or maybe a little less, i'm sure it couldn't be too much more work.

 

If i make a 12 will you buy 2? do you want them painted?
