Is there any way to convert the Japaneese TV tuner to European frequencies? Maybe a firmware change or a filter similar to those they install to radios?

Also, is there a way to change the system to display English instead of Japaneese?

 

Too early in the AM for me to check my facts, but no you can't change from one TV standard to the other. As far as I know if you are talking about digital TV Japan and Europe use different standards for broadcast. IE if you took a tuner from Japan to Europe it wouldn't pick up anything because it is a different type of signal.

When you say change the display to English, which tuner are you talking about? One Mazda sells in Japan?
