Do any company's make a rear seat for the rx8 that has a nice race look to it?

 

nope. but companies like BRIDE have fabric where you can re-upholster your rear seats with.

 

and for the front seats when you buy them do you also have to buy a bracket? and with a universal bracket is it hard to get it to fit the rx8?

I believe every thread I read said you have to make your own seat berackets or severly modify unversial.

 

This isn't totally true. There are other options available, nothing less than $200 though. As for modifying a universal, there isnt such thing as truly universal this car isnt a Honda lol jk. If you buy a universal, you are going to have to distort it so much that it wont resemble what you bought. By all accounts, its worthwhile if you are buying good seats, to get the proper rails that were designed for the application.
