So I think that I've finally isolated the "squeaks and creaks" coming from my car.

I think it's the driver's seat, itself. I can't tell if it's the mounts, or the cushions or something else.

But I never "removed" the seats, so i'm not sure what started the problem in the first place.

Has anyone had this same problem? And more importantly, what did you do to fix it?

Driver's side seat creaks - had the entire seat rail assembly replaced. Three weeks later, the driver's side seat creaks. Been doing it ever since. Would love to know if there's a fix.

 

There's something in my car that squeeks really bad. It pisses me off like you wouldn't believe. I have no clue what it is. One day I'll let someone else drive my car while I hunt for it with a stethescope.
