The bose system in no way has 300rms watts.I replace the bose amp with a Phoenix GOld Titanium 500.4 which is 75rms x4 chanels= 300 true rms(CEA certified).It sounds much louder,clearer,& cleaner.That little bose amp cannot put out 300rms watts!

Have you looked to see where the Front subs get their feed from? The spec shows 2 amps, each is mounted right behind the speaker after the harness. From the looks of it, it doesnt look like a large amp. I think I found it in your picture. I edited your pic, but I have no place to host it.
