SC iPod Classic Install

Here's a few pics of my recent iPod install. I am controlling with the iPod and loving it!

I hear ya... I have been a little paranoid about it. I throw a hat over it for a quick stop and take it out for anything else. It is easy to remove from the cradle.

So you screwed it to the side of the dash? Adhesive probably wont last long...

No drilling or holes. The adhesive pad is pretty hardcore 3M stuff. It comes with a prep pad that stripped any armor-all, etc. off the surface. You have to let it "set" for 72 hours before attaching the iPod. The black mounting disc is flexible and conforms to the surface. Trust me, it's not coming off unless I take it off.

Cool. Usually adhesives have a hell of a time on textured surfaces. And more so when the weight is being pulled at an angle like that. But I've seen some hellofa adhesives before, so good luck!
