I don't know if it's been mentioned in other forums, haven't really looked, but if you search the web there is a website selling an adapter to the Bose stereo that is plug n play, gives you a remote line and everything, it's what I did for my install. As far as where to run your power source, I cut a small slit in the gromet on the driver side firewall and ran it under the plastic pannels, under the rear seat, and right into the trunk. It's rather easy but the gromet was a tight squeez, had to use a wire coat hanger and a little bit of lubrication to squeez it through. BTW I'm running a Rockford p-400 with two 10's, two kicker 6.5"s subs for mids behind the driver and passenger seats, and I converted the 9 inch door speakers to 6.5" as well as replaced the rear 6x9's, sounds totally sweet with the factory radio.
