E-Brake
Search, there is a thread. You don't have to cut it out, but if the one you buy doesn't have the rubber piece at the bottom(it's very long in the front and short in the back and sits down in the opening) then you will want to cut the stock one. You can cut the rubber after you remove the whole assembly if you need to save it and re-use.
