Hello, My 04 RX8 i bought used and it did not come with the alarm clicker to lock the doors
Does anyone know where to get one and how to program it?
also when i lock/unlock the door with the key the passenger door lock works sometimes (i.e.. sometimes it will unlock/lock the door and sometimes it doesn't) what could that be?

We're talking about you manually sticking the key in the door in order to lock and unlock it, right? If you're having troubles locking the door with the key, I'd take the door panel off and make sure all the linkages are as they should be.

 

yes, the driver side locks and unlocks fine, but the one on the passenger i have to get in to the car to unlock.... most of the time.

also if i buy a electronic clicker lock thing, will it work?

 

my passenger door lock sticks like 25% of the time too... maybe it needs some grease.
